I was thrilled with my visit to Restaurant Perron. The newly opened restaurant is located right next to Sargans train station and offers a wonderful environment for a meal with friends or a cozy meal with high quality. The restaurant's culinary concept is based on regional, fresh and homemade ingredients and this is evident in every course. The daily menu and the daily changing lunch menus offer a large selection of delicious dishes. I had the pleasure of trying the homemade pasta and juicy steak and I can say that both were absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and advised me on the choice of food and wine. The service was quick and efficient without being intrusive. The restaurant has modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. There's also a bistro and bar, as well as a take-away buffet for those in a hurry. Overall, my visit to Restaurant Perron was a great experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
