I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant while moored nearby, and I must say that the experience exceeded all expectations. Iwona and Antonia provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. The food was simply outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area; it deserves the highest praise. Four times, we’ve dined here. We were staying at a nearby hotel and we’ve found Restaurant Perun’s food infinitely better than the hotel’s. Lamb chops were fresh and they become even better either with the truffle or chili sauce. But if you choose to accompany lamb chops with chili sauce, beware, it’s not “chili flavored” sauce like Doritos or Cheetos. They use proper chili. As somebody who loves spicy food, I was very happy about that. Fisherman’s trilogy was so fresh and expertly prepared. Black risotto was also excellent. Definitely one of the best we’ve had in Croatia. I also loved Buzara style prawns. The sauce may be simple but delectable. There was no need for the restaurant to do the dish, by the time we were done with it. Octopus salad and marinated anchovies were great too. Basically, everything was scrumptious. There are some mistranslation in the menu. What they mean by “pancakes” are I believe crepes. And “chocolate soufflé” is lava cake. We ordered a chocolate soufflé and when we received a chocolate lava cake instead, we were quite happy because we prefer that over soufflés. But I can imagine there can be some disappointment if you don’t like lava cakes. Also Maria was a star! She remembered our names and was so friendly. We will definitely come back whenever we find ourselves in Milna!
