We enjoyed an excellent meal at this restaurant. The menu is creative and well-executed, with a clear focus on local and seasonal ingredients. It is the kind of cooking that feels both modern and rooted in the region. The venison was particularly memorable. It was remarkably tender and prepared with a technique that brought out a depth of flavor I hadn't encountered before. The dessert was another highlight, featuring rhubarb in three distinct ways: as a sorbet, a jelly, and a compote. The contrast in textures was impressive. To finish, we were very pleased with the selection of local wines, which were carefully chosen to complement the menu. It was an impressive culinary evening, and I would certainly recommend a visit.

I dined at Restaurant Rebea on 31 December 2025. The service was consistently friendly and attentive, though on this very busy evening it felt somewhat overwhelmed, resulting in noticeable delays between courses. The kitchen, however, delivered an excellent performance: highlights included the unexpectedly refined green pesto sorbet, the perfectly balanced Lachsforelle, and the outstanding beef tartare, all prepared with precision and confidence. Both the vegetarian and gluten-free menus were very well executed, demonstrating careful attention to dietary needs. The wine selection and non-alcoholic aperitifs were also excellent and complemented the dishes nicely. One area for improvement was the noise: in the side room where we were seated, it was very loud and the acoustics were poor, something that should definitely be addressed. Despite the slower service, the overall quality of food and drinks left a very positive impression.
