I recently celebrated my birthday here with a group of five friends + dog, and the experience was exceptional. The service was attentive throughout the evening, and the tasting menu was thoughtfully designed. A particular highlight was the vegetarian menu. It is refreshing to see a vegetarian selection that stands completely on its own, complete with tailored wine pairings, rather than feeling like a mere substitution for the meat courses. Both the standard and vegetarian menus were executed beautifully. Standout dishes included the chorizo and artichoke course, the refreshing thyme granita palate cleanser, and the apricot dessert. The beverage program is also highly commendable; the wine selection was excellent, and the Vermouth aperitif made for a perfect start to the evening. On a minor, subjective note regarding the octopus course: frying the octopus seemed to mask the ingredient's unique character and texture. A different preparation might better highlight the seafood.
