Don't use Restaurant Runner. Terrible service. Placed our order at 5:27 pm it is 7:42 pm and still no food. Called Olive Garden and our food has been sitting there since 7 pm getting cold. Called Restaurant Runner and told nothing but excuses.
We certainly will never use them again. Cold food, terrible service and rude!

I use RR often. Recently there was a problem with a delivery so I sent a gently worded message, and didn't expect a response. In fact, I receive a lengthy and apologetic reply from Mr. Chris Harrison operations manager at the national headquarters accepting 100% responsibility. It is by far he most impressive customer service I have ever encountered. So good in fact I plan to use the experience as a teaching model. Fantastic experience!
