We're staying at the hotel that adjoins this restaurant. We went once and ordered two large beers, but my husband was given a large beer, I was given a small beer. The waiter didn't seem to understand us at this point (the issue seemed that maybe women don't drink large beers?) but I was happy to drink the small beer. We ordered food. The food was absolutely brilliant! But then we ordered a second beer each and as they were brought to the table we were requested to pay (we had barely started on our food.) This was 6pm but we thought perhaps they were closing early, but we were a little confused by the behaviour. Later that evening we saw that they were still open and serving up until the advertised time of 11pm. Although a little annoyed, the food was so good that 3 days later we went in again, we sat and waited 15 minutes, other people were served, we weren't even given a menu. Absolutely awful service. Very good food (Shop salad, shrimps, mackerel), large portions, affordable prices. The restaurant is very inconspicuous. Bulgarian music in speakers. I recommend! Kid-friendliness: Mini playhouse for children Meal type: Dinner Price per person: BGN 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
