佐治家は佐倉藩の家老の家柄だそうです。室内の家具調度などは趣があり、料理は丁寧に手間を掛けて美味しく美しく調理されています。3回ほど訪問しましたが、野菜ばっかりでお腹一杯になり、再度行きたいと思わなくなりました。お年寄りにはいいと思います。

武家屋敷通りのすぐ近くに佐倉藩士の末裔が今もお住まいです。佐治家は歴代の佐倉藩主を支えた側近。現在は16代目と奥様が自宅で完全予約制の会席料理店を営んでいます。歴代あるお宅で過ごす優雅な一時。地元の食材も堪能できます。客室の調度品からも、ただならぬ歴代を感じますが、こちらの箪笥は。。。今は刀の代わりに、お店で使う器が入っています。
