There is a thing about second floor and up restaurants off the beaten path. They simply try harder. Of my entire trip, these guys gave us the best food and drinks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Shrimp Ceviche, Shrimps Baja Style
