You can also feel the lack of staff here! Since the personnel restructuring to cheaper(?...), untrained staff from neighboring countries and further east (the operating language is English?! In Bieler Seeland...), guests are unfortunately regularly sent away in a rather unfriendly manner when the tables are not even half full (Terrace is half empty!!). The Surf used to be a good address for hot stone and friendly staff. That's a thing of the past!! A pity! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
