We tried a bit of everything from the menu and were very satisfied with it all. Super comfortable operation. Kid-friendliness: Entertainment for the children. Really helpful hostess, as our 4-year-old found it difficult to get from the playground to the restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

1 STAR as I can not give 0 stars...My wife,daughter and I went to the newly opened fish deli/restaurant vesterled to day after my daughter was playing in the park opposite. We went there for a small bite as she was hungry and wanted something fast.We could see the young man on the counter was not ready (set up) or experienced as a server for this kind of work, maybe it was his first day? then someone should be with him, I could see the queue was building up and guests were not happy waiting, and some people just left.We ordered fish fillet and fish cakes with pomme frits, should be easy enough to do it's not rocket science. 20 min later the food arrived and the fish fillet was completely overcooked (dead). When I touched it it shattered in my finger tips, and the inside was as dry as the soles of my shoe not kidding!! I would expect better from a fish restaurant and would expect fresh fish as this was for sure a frozen piece, so disappointed with both the quality of produce and preparation. So I went up to the lady and said sorry this is not eatible. She said no it's not, I will get you a new one. OK, i thought let's see how this will play out. 5 min later my plate came back, i.e. the exact same plate with a new fish fillet just set on it AND the now cold fries, the same lemon wedge which I used on the last one and the over cooked crispy coating crumbs of the last cooked fish still underneath the new "fish".WHY WHY WHY would you do that, if you mess up the cooking, ok things can happen, but you need to make sure that it is perfect the next time and the guest leaves happy. Not one member of staff said sorry or asked if it was ok. You cannot serve new food on top of old or already served food it is basic health and safety (!). 89dkk for this, please please get your team and kitchen together as this place can do a lot better........
