Tradition and Excellence. After quite some time, we had the pleasure of returning to Aklin — a true institution in Zug. The restaurant masterfully combines Swiss culinary tradition with seasonal creations that highlight both refinement and authenticity. We were particularly impressed by the attentive service and warm hospitality, which made the experience memorable from start to finish. The Bisque d’Homard Aklin was simply exquisite — rich, velvety, and full of delicate lobster flavor. The beef tartarewas finely seasoned and beautifully presented, while the Zuger Kalbsteak with Saffron Risotto stood out as a perfectly executed dish: tender veal, vibrant risotto, and impeccable presentation. Aklin remains an ideal venue for both business lunches and intimate dinners with friends. Tradition, consistency, and excellence come together here.
