We had dinner here, the Chicken Trid and Royal Couscous and it was the best food we had in all our time in Morocco. We were treated like family and got to sit on the very lovely terrace. What an amazing find. Restaurant Anas is gorgeous, with beautiful interior design. The food was amazing, definitely one of the best meals I had in Fes. The staff are family, and extremely friendly, and attentive. Hidden away and almost impossible to stumble upon unless you're looking for it, my long lunch at Anas felt like a serendipitous travel experience (and I didn't eat again until about 9!).
