Very disappointing. Nice setting but the smells from the kitchen were very strong: hood problem? The gravelax salmon was very average with tough pieces. The simenthal beef steak had a rotten smell and taste. The chef dared to say that he had tasted it and found it very good. There were two of us who tasted it and one who refused after smelling it...not even a word of apology...They must have forgotten to clean it before serving it. Afterwards we were treated to a profiterole and a semi-cooked sandwich which had to be served with vanilla ice cream. It was replaced by a passion fruit ice cream...without anyone warning us. No excuses from the boss either. There were only three tables. At 10:30 p.m. we felt obliged to leave, the restaurant was empty by then. Memorable dinner...! Being called a liar for the only response is quite distressing... There were 4 of us, so 4 liars? Overall, my day was excellent. We can make mistakes, but what matters is to learn something positive from them and improve. This boss didn't understand these basic principles....
