Restaurante Escudero is an amazing place serving delicious fresh food. The salads are exceptional and full of flavour, we had the Partridge Salad with mango and also the Prawn and Pineapple salad. For main course the beef rib with Jack Daniels sauce was a big hit, as was the stuffed salmon. If your looking for something special then this is a must visit ... and the views are amazing too
