Because of my job, I have been eating out all over Andalusia for more than 25 years and Restaurante Federico has one of the best Menus of the Day that I have ever tried. For 11 euros you can enjoy some magnificent firsts. Even a simple mixed salad impresses when it is served to you and the spoon dishes are extraordinary. The seconds are not far behind. My favorite, the fried anchovies. Super fresh and very well cooked, with a wide variety of garnishes to choose from. That dish alone would cost more than 11 euros in any bar in any Andalusian capital. Many homemade desserts to choose from and some fruit. The spectacular baked apple. And the staff... super professional and everyone lovely. In short, a luxury within the reach of anyone in Alhaurín.
