TERRIBLE! Extremely rude service! Zero consideration for the customer. We walked into an EMPTY restaurant, and they said they were fully booked. Okay, understandable - perhaps the guests were yet to arrive (it was 2PM by the way). BUT THEN we asked for takeout and the server said he’d ask the chef. Now, there’s a lot of glass in the restaurant so we easily saw that the server went to ask the chef who was having a smoke outside, taking his good time. The server comes back to say “sorry the kitchen is swamped with orders.” “Really?” We thought, “In an empty restaurant with a chef just smoking outside, you can’t accommodate us in any way???” But the arrogance and dismissiveness of the staff’s tone towards us was the WORST. Just awful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
