I think this restaurant is the place where local people really will visit on daily basis. The food was great and of high quality for an ordinary supper. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €35–40

This is honestly the BEST restaurant I have ever been to in my life — and I have travelled a lot and even lived in Portugal. My grandfather is Portuguese and my grandmother is Estonian, just like me. We came to Porto together and randomly picked this restaurant from Google. The moment we walked in, we knew we had found something special: an amazing atmosphere, authentic food, and, most importantly, LOCAL people. That is always the most important thing for us when travelling. We first came here with our family, and the food was so incredibly good that I immediately booked a table for the next day. And once again WOW. THE BEST MEAT I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE! The beef steak was absolutely unbelievable. Even my grandfather, who is Portuguese and knows what authentic local food should taste like, was genuinely impressed. And the prices?! For around €35, two people can have a fantastic meal: the delicious beef you can see in the photo, plus a large jug of fresh, cold red wine for only €4! The desserts are around €3.50–€4 and are incredible as well. If you are looking for AUTHENTIC Portuguese food, please come here. It is such a peaceful, relaxed place with amazing food and a truly local atmosphere. And PLEASE order the meat!!! You will not regret it. Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
