I visited my friend's hometown -- we met in New Haven but he is from Bullas, Espana. This restaurant was the highlight if my travels to espana (which included a 2 Michelin star reastaurant in Murcia). This experience was a window into the beautiful interelationship between family, friends and food that Spaniards have perfected over centuries. This restaurant epitomizes all that is beautiful in small town Espana. Muchas gracias!
