Clients don't like gorengan at this restaurant. It's a pity, the staff is pleasant as most visitors mention. Based on the reviewers' opinions, Restoran Al Azad is well known for its good service. The lovely atmosphere won't attract many people. This place has been rated below average by Google.

Nice and friendly people, good food. I had a roti sardin and a teh tarik while there, and a murtabak ayam to take away. All good. I get the impression that there's maybe a lot of review bombing that goes on in KL on Google maps. Which is a pretty sad competative tactic if so. Either that or maybe there's just a lot of miserable people around Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The server's hands were extremely dirty I could see dirt in his fingers. Constantly touching his hair while waiting for the food to be prepared from the roti canai counter and serve the food to customers. Terrible at making drinks, tea taste awful and overly sweet Waited so long for my order when there's literally just me and the other 2 customer at the restaurant. I wouldnt return to this place
