First time trying local cuisines of Tajima region and I was fully satisfied with the aroma, taste and the crafts of the course meal at this posh restaurant. Of course, Tajima beef and Kobe beef were the stars of the meal and they did not disappoint. The hospitality was also top-notch. From start to finish, the staff carefully brought the best of the best Tajima ingredients with care and dedication. The manager herself carefully showed us how to properly savor the dishes. The vibe of the restaurant was so cool with a slow jazz music playing in the background. From the patio, you can enjoy the green scenery of the town. Highly recommend to make a reservation here when you are nearby to bring some memorable experience of Yabu home. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
