Very poor service during MCO period!! If you can't afford to service the customer, pls inform us.. But not to keep every 1 waiting there!

Called to make order for take away at 4.30pm and say can collect at 7pm. Reached there at 7pm and waited for 40 minutes then tell me no lala and not even start cook our food. What's the point you give the phone number and let people to make order for take away? Have called more than 30 times from 7pm-7.40pm but no answer. Poor service!!! So dissapointed!!!!????
