They didn’t let me in, they say we let you in from the age of 21, well, I’m 30 years old, they didn’t give me a book of complaints, they say you didn’t come in, so we don’t give you the book, it’s just terrible, I’ve never seen anything like this, although there was an atmosphere like in a canteen, especially the tablecloth in a regular canteen, and that, in my opinion, is better though I believe that they are required to provide a complaint book like in any enterprise, but they didn’t do this, and in general the complaint book should be in a visible place and not hidden somewhere
