I’ve visited Revè Pasticceria twice with my girlfriend and my parents, and both experiences were genuinely memorable. The first time, we stopped by for tea. I had a rich hot chocolate paired with a selection of small pastries and a slice of panettone made with sourdough starter. It was absolutely outstanding perfectly fluffy, with a beautiful balance between chocolate and apricot. The rest of the pastries and cookies were all exactly what you’d hope for: refined, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We ended up staying longer than expected and decided to try something savory for dinner. I chose a classic panzerotto (tomato and mozzarella), and it was exceptional. The dough was fried to a perfect golden color, thin and light, encasing a deliciously hot filling of melted mozzarella and tomato sauce, lifted by a touch of fresh oregano. The second visit was for a Saturday breakfast. I had an espresso and a croissant filled with pastry cream, while my girlfriend chose a pain suisse. The viennoiseries here are truly excellent. The croissant was fragrant and crisp without being dry, and the pastry cream was delicately flavored with real vanilla seeds. Everything felt balanced and thoughtfully crafted. Next time, I already know what I’m going for the pain au chocolat I spotted on my way out is definitely at the top of my list. Overall, Revè Pasticceria is a place I’d happily return to again and again, whether for a relaxed tea, a proper breakfast, or even a casual dinner.

Abbiamo provato i pasticcini di questa pasticceria oggi e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Tutto era curato, equilibrato e di ottima qualità. Una cosa che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stato l’utilizzo della bacca di vaniglia nelle creme: si vedono chiaramente i piccoli puntini neri e il profumo è completamente diverso dalla solita vanillina. È un dettaglio che purtroppo non tutte le pasticcerie curano, ma che fa davvero la differenza nel gusto finale. Pasticcini freschi, delicati e per nulla stucchevoli. Sicuramente torneremo! Ancora complimenti a tutto lo staff
