One of the best dining experiences we had in Greece islands. Revithaki is a wonderful alternative to the many typical harbor restaurants. The food is rooted in Greek cuisine but presented with a much more thoughtful, refined, almost fine-dining approach. Every dish felt carefully designed, with balanced flavors and great attention to detail. It was refreshing to find a menu that goes beyond the usual tourist offerings. I had the octopus, which was excellent, and a local dessert called “Ekmek?” that was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy, homely atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The service felt genuinely personal rather than simply professional. What impressed me most was the hospitality. The owner clearly cares about guests and even offered me headache medicine when I wasn’t feeling my best. It’s rare to experience such kindness and authentic care in a restaurant. At the end of the meal, we were treated to a small homemade digestif from rakia, flavored with honey, cloves, and other local ingredients. It was a perfect finish to an already fantastic evening. If you’re looking for authentic Greek food with creativity, balance, and heart, this is the place to visit. Amazing food, wonderful people, and a memorable experience from start to finish. A truly outstanding modern Greek dining experience. Every dish was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We tried our way through the entire menu, and every single course was exceptional. Without a doubt, the best restaurant in the area. Do not miss this place! Visited four times during my two week stay and sampled almost everything on its menu. Everything on offer is layered with flavours without being fussy or overly complex. Ultra creamy taramosalata arrived with a drizzle of herbed oil and diced scallions. Do not miss the beetroot salad with a whipped goat cheese dressing. Sampled meat ( goat , pork belly, sausage ) fish ( octopus and shrimp with orzo and the local catches of the day), vegetables ( salad - lettuce, dill and green apple-outstanding, and braised greens-also do not miss) Sampled a delicious pistachio cream tart for dessert. Excellent wine and coffee to complement the meal and the flickering waters of Frikes Bay after dark offers nice ambiance. Friendly and welcoming service. If you are looking for a change from standard Greek fare offerings this is the place to be. A flawless experience from start to finish. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
