We visited Rewind Diner for their all-you-can-eat dining experience with bottomless mimosas, and overall, we had a really good time! First, the food was absolutely delicious! I loved the concept of being able to order directly from the menu, have everything brought fresh to the table, and continue ordering throughout the experience. The mimosas were also a plus! The staff came around to refill our glasses, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. However, the seating arrangements could definitely use some improvement. A lot of the seating consists of high-top tables and bar stools, which aren't necessarily comfortable or accessible for everyone, especially those dealing with back, leg, or mobility issues. There was also a table positioned directly near the entrance, which wasn't ideal because of the cold air coming through the door and the constant foot traffic. We initially asked to sit in a booth and were told that would be fine, but shortly afterward, we were informed that the booths were unavailable due to reservations. Understandable, but a little frustrating after already being told yes. We eventually ended up at a long, counter-style table where our group of three had to sit side by side rather than across from one another. It wasn't the most comfortable setup for socializing, especially when you're out trying to enjoy a meal together. On the positive side, we did have plenty of room for all our plates! We also learned that the restaurant has an upstairs area with a different atmosphere and additional photo opportunities, but apparently, that space only opens once the downstairs reaches a certain capacity. I completely understand the business side of that decision, but it would've been nice to experience the entire restaurant. Now, customer service was a bit of a mixed bag. The gentleman assisting us was absolutely wonderful! He was patient, friendly, accommodating, and genuinely tried to help us get comfortable. Our waiter was also fantastic! Unfortunately, a couple of other staff members seemed noticeably irritated whenever questions were asked or seating accommodations were requested. There were a few dismissive responses and attitudes that just didn't match the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. Nothing major enough to ruin our visit, but definitely noticeable. When customers are paying for a dining experience, especially one like this, hospitality matters just as much as the food. Overall, the food was amazing, the drinks kept flowing, and the restaurant has a great vibe. I would absolutely visit again! I just hope they work on making the seating arrangements a little more comfortable and ensuring that the customer service is consistent across the entire staff. Atmosphere: 5/5. Service: 4/5. Overall: 4/5 Definitely worth checking out, especially if you enjoy good food, bottomless mimosas, and a fun brunch experience!
