This is the best restaurant in Corfu Town! I had the slow-braised beef cheeks with cardamom, potato purée, and glazed carrots. Not only did the dish look amazing and taste delicious, but it also felt fresh and wholesome. The meat was perfectly tender, the potatoes were fantastic, and there was a generous amount of EVOO, finished with basil-infused oil. Every element was beautifully done, the portions were perfect, and the price was very reasonable. I wish I’d had more time to try all the dishes on the menu. When I visit Corfu again, I’ll be going straight back to Rex Restaurant! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–25
