I ordered Doordash but wish I went to the store myself looks super cool and inviting. The sub was hefty and filling. Delicious and tangy with the Italian vinegar oil . Meaty and cheesy and just all around good Food: 5

Been going to Rex for years and it's not near my house! The food is delicious. Saves me the work of making my own lasagne, or stuffed shells, or sausage and peppers, which are all homemade and taste like it! Many choices of both hot food and huge fantastic deli counter. Plus, they're frozen pasta are amazing. I always have a few bags in my freezer. If you can't tell by now, I love this place. Mama isn't there much anymore but her son has kept it in tip top shape. That's not always the case in my experience with family businesses. It's definitely worth going out of my way on a pretty regular basis. Love it! Ever since I moved to this neighborhood I've been on the hunt for the local gems. Add Rex Italian Foods to that list! This is the kind of place that when you walk in, you know this is going to be genuine food made without short cuts. Can't wait to eat my way through the menu.
