The worker named Leo (if it's his real name, as he had no badge with name) has 0 customer service skills. His communication with the clients is shouting "heeey, hey you" abd pointing on himself. The waiter Alexandru was nice person, and apologised for him. 0 appologies were received from the "Leo". Food was fine.

I had the misfortune of dining at Reyna restaurant this afternoon , and it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. From start to finish, the service was an absolute disaster. Once seated, we were ignored for another 20 minutes before a server finally acknowledged our presence. When we tried to order, they were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in their job. They got our drink orders wrong and forgot one of them entirely. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save your time, money, and sanity. Reyna is a perfect example of how terrible service can ruin even the most promising of nights. Service: 1
