Moroccan chef Fatim-Zahra has prepared typical Moroccan dishes for many years, inspired by her grandmother's home cooking. Whether you take a light lunch or dinner you’ll enjoy a mouth-watering culinary experience. The majority of ingredients are fresh products. All meat, vegetables and fruit are purchased directly from sellers in the nearby market as part of our responsible tourism ethos in support of the local community. Local spices are of course available in abundance in Morocco and add real flavour to our meals. From briouate to pastilla, from salads to soups, from tanjia to tajines, we invite you to taste our Moroccan menu to experience the best flavours of Morocco.

A fabulous private cooking course run by Hind in a cool tent on the roof terrace. Visited a local market first then we made tagine, filo pastry parcels, bread and pastilla. Epic experience. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3

Riad Africa was perfect for us. We travelled with our young children and its location in the medina is great, being in a quiet location yet only a 1-2 minute walk from one of the main routes to Djemaa El Fna. The staff made such a fuss of our children; Redouan, who took us on two tours, in particular was fantastic with them. Breakfast is highly recommended!
