09/16/2024 Save your money, NOT good BBQ. Wife had pulled pork sandwich and fries, her comment “ I’ve had better “ I ordered a rib plate with beans and coleslaw, I’ve never had coleslaw so thin that it could have been sucked thorough a straw… the beans were good but a small serving. The ribs…. 4 of them were the the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. I m a Kansas City BBQ Certified Judge, we judge on Appearance, Taste, and Tenderness…. these ribs failed on all three categories. They looked like the closest they were exposed to smoke was about 30 miles away and really appeared like they were cooked in an oven with no rub on them whatsoever., which then brings me to the taste…. There was none. A bottle of sauce was on the table so I decided to see if that would help, but it was like red water and ran off faster than I could put it on. Lastly Tenderness ranged from mush to tough. Sorry it was just not a good experience… will not go back. I will say the dining room was clean and bright, but at 11:30 lunchtime we were the only diners, that should have told me something
Toughest and driest ribs I've ever had the privilege to gnaw on especially from a place called "rib bones" everything else was mid as well save your money and eat some place else Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
