The bbq sauce here is disgusting! And they take the liberty to just slather all over everything on the plate. No choice of sauce? Wtf?!! Order a whole case of napkins to wipe the sauce off and you will find over cooked meats that lack in both moisture(with the exception of the pulled pork. That 75% fat content and was a pile of mush) and flavor. And you'd think being located next to a bakery, they'd have decent bread. Again you'll be disappointed. It took every moral value in my body to pay the $50 tab for 3 people to eat a pile of crap. The bar is obviously carrying this place.

Owner has HORRIBLE customer service. Y fiance and I decided to get married at the last minute on the Sandia Crest. We called a week before and spoke with the owner, whom I didn't know was the owner at the time. We wanted to know if they could accommodate our party, to which he said they could. I called the next day to reserve it with one of his staff members. Four days later, two days before our big day, the owner calls to tell me they don't normally reserve during their lunch hour and proceeded to accuse me of being "vague" with my reservation, which of course i was clear in the final call I had made. I told him that maybe we didn't want to eat at his restaurant, thinking he would of course want to accommodate, wanting the business. To which he replied that he would be canceling my reservation, he didn't need to "deal with it". He told me that I could eat somewhere else and that he didn't "need" my business. What kind of business owner does this I ask?

Horrible Service. Horrible Horrible! We have lived in East Mountains forever...many people we know do not go there anymore. We found out why tonite. Everything...service...attitude...really bad. Catering to the young crowd. Not at all the same restaurant it was a few years back. Served us cold food, while spending all the time with the young crowd coming in at 9:00 after last call...after no more food served. NOT EVEN BBQ SAUCE FOR THE MEAL WE PURCHASED FOR FOUR THAT WAS OVER $ 80.00 DOLLARS. Really. The kitchen was closed...and we saw all their friends ordering drinks...getting food. We will never go back..and why they are in the East Mountains is a question. This area is about caring, kind people. This restaurant does not belong here.
