This was the best gelato I had in Italy! The hazelnut flavor was incredible, so rich and creamy, that I had to come back a second time before I left!

We happened upon Ribes Gelateria on our way back to our hotel. Ribes has the best gelato!! The gelato is in canisters covered. This is the clue that the gelato is fresh and delicious. We went there twice before our cruise. We tried the pistachio, hazelnut, and chocolate. If I ever go back to Rome, I will definitely be stopping by for some of the best gelato I ever had.
