I have known this place personally since 1992, when it had another name and another management and has always been appreciated by me. Unfortunately, today, only an "old coat of arms" remains. Service with low cost waitresses: distracted and not very courteous. Ordered a "fiorentina" passed off as over 1kg, but it was no more than 700g and of mediocre quality. The restaurant manager, however courteous, tries to "make amends" for my complaints by offering sweets and a small final discount, but outlines justifications of dubious substance. Dear gentlemen, those who frequent certain establishments do not want to spend less, but rather eat adequately. RIBOT Bistrot.goodbye! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
