The food is great every single time, without fail, but I'm never going to understand the logic in placing burning hot fried food inside of a Styrofoam to-go box. There should be wax paper on the top and bottoms to create a layer between the box and food so customers aren't mainlining melted plastics into their bodies. I'm almost 100% sure this goes against food safety regulations. I love the food but melted plastic in my meal is a genuine concern. Please stop doing this Food: 5 Service: 1

We went here tonight, and I was gonna go to cookout..., but I decided to order here instead... I am glad I did , I am very picky about food, and what I eat for many different reasons... but , I ordered my food and it was not to greasy, salty, or sweet, it was just right ... I loved my egg roll I ordered ... I am very pleased for the portion size , for the money , plus I got a combination of chicken and steak for less than $13 plus rice carrots , broccoli , and a surprise of cabbage and it would have come with red peppers , but I left them off ... That's awesome I'll definitely be coming back here more often now ... Plus , the service, and the atmosphere, and the clean restaurant... Very impressive... Great Job Rice Fun ... Y'all got me , especially for someone that doesn't like to eat rice that much ... Thanks for the Great Food.. Yummy delicious ... Y'all killed it Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I live across from Rice Fun Conover and had never been there before. I ordered food over the phone for pickup and the employee that answered was wonderful and very helpful. The place itself was impressively clean and spacious on top of being fantastically decorated. The staff was inquisitive, quick and responsive. The store manager, the name of which I did not catch, was the best part of the visit, I think. A smile and greeting from which I will not soon forget. All of this was before I tried the borderline addictingly delicious and authentic food. Overall: Rice Fun Conover should be the go to spot for the most mouth watering food and the best customer service I have ever seen. Thank you, Rice Fun for giving me a place to eat that I will never have to think twice about.
