For some people, part of the whole experience of eating out is also the atmosphere, but I personally find that a lot of restaurants in Berlin focus more on making things look instagrammable and less on making quality food. Rice In might be pretty sparse - the interior and exterior is very unassuming - but if all you care about is delicious food for a good price, you need to go here. Prices are super fair and the food is absolutely incredible. Def in the cut. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
