Came here with some friends and genuinely disappointed in the overall experience. I ordered the taro boba tea, vegetarian spring rolls, and the vegetarian pho. The first thing I noticed was the boba tea, it was extremely sweet and tasted like it was made from a powdered mix rather than fresh ingredients. It didn’t have the authentic flavor I was expecting. The restaurant itself has a beautiful aesthetic, but it felt like more attention was given to the décor than to the quality of the food. Even small details stood out, like being served disposable chopsticks while dining in, which took away from what I expected to be a more authentic experience. The spring rolls were actually good, but the peanut sauce tasted like a pre-packaged sauce instead of something made in-house. The biggest disappointment was the vegetarian pho. I was told it would include coconut milk, which sounded great, but when it arrived, the broth lacked depth and flavor. It tasted more like lightly seasoned water than a well-developed pho broth, and the noodles weren’t even fully cooked. It simply wasn’t enjoyable. I shared my concerns with the waitress. Rather than acknowledging the issue, I was told I would still have to pay regardless, with only a 20% discount offered. While I understand restaurants have policies, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the overall sanitation of the restaurant also raised concerns during my visit. Combined with the food quality, it made for an unpleasant dining experience. Even my friends felt their meals were mediocre, so it wasn’t just my order. The following day, I had vegetarian pho from one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants and had a completely different experience, which confirmed that my expectations weren’t unreasonable. Overall, this restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the food quality didn’t live up to the presentation. It felt like corners were being cut with the ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Thank you for your time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few things regarding your visit. Before you order vegetarian pho, our server explained the dish and what to expect from it. You still chose to order it and when you later mentioned that you didn’t enjoy it, our server offered to replace it with another dish. Unfortunately you declined the offer. We’re also glad to hear that you enjoyed the spring rolls. Your two friends also finished and enjoyed their meals so we understand that everyone can have different tastes and preferences. We always try our best to listen to our guests and make things right when something isn’t to their liking. We’re sorry we weren’t able to make your particular experience a positive one , and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continue to improve.

Came here on a last minute dinner date and we were not disappointed. We had the spring rolls, papaya salad, basil beef and veggie/tofu pad thai. Every dish was bright, flavorful, fresh and beyond delicious. The service was fantastic and they made sure to ask about allergies when I ordered the vegetarian dish just to be sure. My husband works near by, but we live 2 hours away. I'm jealous that he'll be eating here regularly without me. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Very allergy conscious
