Guests don't highly appreciate chicken at this restaurant. Rice4ever is good for people who have a snack in a hurry because they can order dishes as a takeaway. Based on the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be boorish. Disappointing service is something that visitors don't like at this place. According to the guests' opinions, atmosphere is downscale here. If you order food from Uber and they call you saying "We’re too busy to fulfill your order" after marking it as in progress on the app, DO NOT CANCEL THE ORDER EVEN IF THEY ASSURE YOU THAT YOU’LL GET YOUR REFUND. Uber doesn’t refund you and you get charged for the order even when the restaurant assures you. Edit: Respectfully, it has everything to do with the store because an employee called me from the store (not uber) asking me to cancel the order, saying the store was too busy and promised a refund. They called me directly from the store, not through Uber. Uber does not issue refunds when a customer cancels after the order is marked ‘in progress’ which I mentioned to the store employee at least twice on call and despite that they said I’d get a refund for sure as long as I cancel. I totally take the responsibility for trusting the employees words because I’ve seen customer services honouring employees words. The ethical thing would’ve been for your staff to cancel the order from your end. Please don’t mislead future customers by allowing your employees to make such promises. To further clarify, I didn’t write this to demand a refund rather to simply to spread awareness regarding an experience so others don’t experience anything like this and for employees to be trained to not make such calls instead of cancelling themselves.
