Heute waren wir zum Mittagessen im Richel's Wirtshaus. Die Bedienungen war super freundlich und auf Zack. Ich hatte das Schwabenschnitzel mit Champignons und Butterknöpflespätzle. Das Fleisch war super zart und die Soße extrem lecker. Und vor allem selbstgemacht ohne Geschmacksverstärker und hat richtig toll nach Schwammerl geschmeckt. :-) Der Beilagensalat war vielfältig. In manchen Lokalen gibt es zum Salat nur eine Scheibe Gurke und eine Tomatenspalte und das war's, anders im Richel's. Dort war die Gemüsevariation im Salat (neben Tomaten, Gurken, Radieschen, Paprika, frischem Schnittlauch) sehr umfangreich, jedoch hat mich das Dressing nicht umgehauen. Mein Mann hatte das Schnitzel "Wiener Art". Das Schnitzel war schön dünn und das Fleisch war ebenfalls sehr zart. Die Pommes waren standard, aber auf den Punkt frittiert. Dadurch, dass der Preis mittags so unschlagbar günstig ist, würde ich wenn es ginge sogar 4,5 geben!!!
