Absolutely loved our breakfast here! Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was lovely. A special thank you to our waitress, Shiela, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. She made our experience even more enjoyable with her wonderful service. Unfortunately, the service has gone down. I used to come here all the time and been always wonderful. They seem to have hired a new staff who argues back and unprofessional to the standard of Rixhoux. There was a misunderstanding in the order, and when it arrived, it was not what I have asked. He argued back that it was correct!! Not to mention, that they have two new orders with similar names, he should have doubled checked the correct one before proceeding and introduce the new dishes to customers! I have cancelled the order as a result of this. He or someone was yelling in the kitchen “order cancelled” and we heard it!!!! If I wanted this service, I would have gone where it belongs! On top of all of that, there is no manager! The manager shift begins at 11! This is ridiculous. No wonder the quality has dropped. Feels like I was at a buffet بوفية! When he wanted to confirm that the egg is medium, he described it as انت قطع فيه مويا!!! Also, we have ordered Richoux club sandwich, the toast bread was breaking down into pieces . This seems old and poor, cheap quality, should not be served here. From a regular customer, to no customer. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast
