What a fantastic hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, service-oriented, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel truly welcome. Josh, in particular, was a huge help—assisting us in finding a different room (since the first one wouldn't cool down) and providing excellent tips and recommendations for pubs and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and included thoughtful touches like a bottle of water by the bedside. Breakfast was à la carte and very well presented. The hotel’s location is perfect; everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so there are plenty of stairs to climb. But then again, you do a lot of walking in the city anyway, so it keeps you active! In short: a hotel we would love to visit again! And to the staff: keep doing what you're doing—you are at your absolute best that way. A perfect example for many other hotels!

The brekfast included in our stay at the Frederick House Hotel was served at Rabble - and beautifully served indeed! Good selection of choices, very tasty. For us finns, being the heaviest coffee consumers in the world, was especially nice to get our cups filled to the brim, and not only once... Promising start for a new day, thank you!
