A full dining experience. Accompanied from the entrance staircase with fine meat and spirits, exposed on the side windows just to give you a suggestion of the main theme of the restaurant. While you sip carefully your aperitif cocktail and enjoying the entrèe, get fascinated by looking around, to the beautiful modern, very welcoming design. A beautifully presented tartare arrived: look, aromas and taste were up to high levels, with the first bite that touches rounded flavours in your palate, completing all of its needs for satisfaction. As said, the main theme is the meat and you realise it even better when your steak, beautifully cooked raw, comes to your table. Tender and sweet like a candy, matched perfectly by the Nebbiolo suggested, makes you enjoy every single moment of it while the only topic of discussion is, of course, the meat.
