The bakery has a great variety of pastries and Puerto Rican deserts. I bought an assortment box, donuts, guava pastries, cheese filled pastry, and a loaf of bread. We also had the best cappuccino coffee. The bread, egg, cheese and ham sandwich was my favorite. The fries were home made. My husband liked the omelette filled with vegetables and ham. I will be returning for another breakfast. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I will NEVER set foot in this place again! The only reason I step into this bakery is because people keep saying how great the bread is but every time I go I get nothing but disappointments. The customer service is atrocious and insensible, it's like nobody there cares about it, for what other reason you'd keep making the same mistakes? I don't remember what happened the first time, the second time was more than a year ago (thank God!). The place was packed, so there's a long line. So I go to the end of the line where the orders are being taken at the cash register, like any reasonable human would do (they need to tell you?) But it turns out I I'm not so smart since they refused to take my order because I have to order a loaf of bread on ANOTHER line (on same counter) that has NO sign and the cash register is operated by a different company. No, it's not the same paying on either register, one doesn't take bread money. So I suggested that maybe a sign will help valued customers (What?) stand in the right line. They couldn't care less! So I go again hoping this very simple problem is solved. I don't see a sign, on either line, wich are both empty with only one person ordering and I don't remember wich register is "the right one for smart customers". So I stand there waiting to be asked what I want but the person behind the counter didn't ask (or cared), so because I have eyes and I can see the "active" register taking orders and I don't need someone to point a finger at it I step up to register and ask for a loaf of broad. Well, so happens that once again I was refused to have my order taken and bluntly told that the bread has to be paid on the "bread only" register where the NO SIGN would say it should be. It's been A YEAR and these people keep telling customers EVERYDAY where the line for ordering bread is? If they spare expenses on putting a simple paper sign I don't know where else they're cutting around corners. No, thanks. Not interested in buying there again and very happy that I will save a lot of money not buying loafs of bread for $3 bucks a piece. I will gladly pay $4 wherever the customer service is WORTH IT. Thank you Raymond for your Feedback and your experience at one of our three locations in Rio grande puerto rico I'm truly sad about your experience. When you walk in to.our newest location. Yes we have 2 separate cash register for different business which is the pika pollo bbq which we shared in one location I will see that this issue not knowing we're to paid is addressed immediately.
