When I went into the oven today, I said I want two breads, it would be better if they were sliced. The woman, who did not disturb her conversation with the woman next to her, came with two breads in her hand and I said can you slice it, she scolded me, she wished you had said it without putting it in the bag, she just took a trip... my God is coming to youuuuummm... tradesmanship and customer relations are under the ground...
