I had a salsa tuna sandwich and tea. It was delicious and had a good balance with the crunchy texture of the bread. I'm fine with more spiciness. I am grateful for the explanation about tea, which helped me realize that my previous knowledge was completely wrong. I think I'll be a little smarter and enjoy tea. The tea I brewed had a strong astringency, but Rimini's black tea had a moderate astringency that brought out the overall flavor.
