The food was genuinely very good, but the experience was completely ruined by the woman at the register, who appeared to be the manager. She ignored us when we entered, didn’t even look at us, and refused to let us sit outside even though it was extremely hot inside. A larger group was told the same thing, and when they politely asked why, her answer was simply: “Because I said so.” Strangely, a few minutes later other guests were allowed to sit outside. The waitstaff were polite, but you could clearly feel the tense working atmosphere, while the manager even walked off for a cigarette. Great food, terrible management. The manager’s attitude was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

If you're a tourist do not come to this place waited 20 min and didn't even get water. Or acknowledge that we were a party of 9 ready to place an order. From the first step into this restaurant it was obvious that customer service is not their goal. Don't know if the food is any good we walked out and they seemed glad they didn't have to actually work to earn our business. The place was pretty empty so it's not like they were going to get busy any time soon. Inside it was humid,hot, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Price per person: €1–10

Volevate bere la Coca Cola del Mc Donald’s al nostro tavolo.Inoltre Voi stessi ci avete comunicato che avreste ordinato nel momento in cui sarebbero arrivate altre persone (circa 30’ minuti dopo…)Basta vedere le numerose recensioni per capire che i nostri ospiti “stranieri” sono sempre stati soddisfatti.
