Extremely rude staff who clearly went out of there way to make us feel unwelcome and mocked as we spoke mostly english. They yelled at my young son leaving him extremely upset as he did not speak italian and could not understand what she said. Food was nasty and not fresh at all. Tourists stay away not worth the hastle. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: €30–40

The staff were extremely rude towards me and my family. They yelled and mocked my little brother who couldn't speak Italian, they continued to be Nasty and Rude to us the entire time we sat in. The food was Nasty and gross and the Milkshakes are just pure milk. Would not recommend at all and will not be coming back! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude staff, mocked us in Italian thinking we didn’t know what they were saying as we speak English as a first language. The two ladies there today should be sacked for the way they treated people. Not sure what their problem with foreigners is maybe the Rome termini is not the place for them. Food was terrible also. Avoid avoid avoid.
