Absolutely terrible customer service. Yesterday, the staff specifically told me to come back today because the pancake I wanted would be available. I wasted my time coming back, only to be told, “no, it’s finished.” If you have no idea what you’ll have in stock, don’t make promises you can’t keep. The staff couldn’t care less and didn’t even bother apologizing or offering any solution. It’s clear they don’t value their customers’ time. There are plenty of places that actually know how to treat people with basic respect—this isn’t one of them. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time here either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
