Hola Soledad,Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia en el Restaurante Rincón de Pepe no haya sido satisfactoria y que el solomillo no cumpliera con sus expectativas. Este plato es uno de nuestros clásicos y sentimos especialmente no haber estado a la altura en su caso.Sus comentarios nos ayudan a detectar y corregir aspectos que no deben repetirse, por lo que trasladaremos lo ocurrido al equipo de cocina para su revisión.
