The place is very nice, classic farmhouses from the past. Breakfast with excellent homemade products (I loved the jams) private spa small but with all the essentials to relax. Excellent panoramic view. Two negative notes: very hard mattress, we were unable to rest and the rooms were absolutely not soundproofed. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view

I spent 4 wonderful days at the Ripa Relais, courtesy, good food and cleanliness, I can't say enough compliments. Food & drinks: I ate really well, both typical and elaborate dishes. Compliments Noteworthy details: Excellent location if you want to visit all the most beautiful Umbrian villages Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Quiet
