I had a very disappointing experience on 13 February 2026. The environment in front of the hotel was extremely unpleasant, with a strong smell of urine that made it difficult to even step out of the car. The surrounding area looked very poorly maintained. Additionally, my food bill was 42 SAR, but due to an issue with their payment machine, I had to wait around 20 minutes to complete the payment. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
