Best take out in Riverside .! Employees are always happy and ready to serve. Food is always fresh and delicious! Love that they added new Bogo Deals and even added a couple of claw machine games for the kids. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a authentic Chinese person from江浙沪, I love these “Chinese food”, its like a crave once in a while. Rising Savor actually balances between fusion and Chinese food really well, unlike some other restaurants that go sweet all the way. I can feel the chef is actually trying to prove their skills in the simple but delicious options in the restaurant, the fried chickens with different sauces are just perfect doneness.
